Clean, professional, value for money

The location was excellent and good value for money. The staff were always professional and friendly. The pool was clean and definitely enjoyed after a long day in the Singapore heat.

The breakfast was very average. More variety would be good, fruit salad and some cooked bacon, tomatoes and hash browns would be a good start.

Needs an update but it's a good place to stay

Staff were lovely and very helpful did everything they could to make our stay more comfortable Property is very outdated but we'll maintained Breakfast was included which is great because you don't have to think about it . But it is very limited Lots of space to move around which was great

great location, super clean linen, soft towels, all facilities for home from home stay, overall generally clean and comfortable, very hospitable friendly staff.

Our suite was clean, good size with kitchen and laundry. Great for 6 people and a baby.

Breakfast was ok, but was unfortunately closed for public holidays for two of the seven days we were there.

No pool towels that were clean so we had to use our bath towels. They sent fresh ones when asked ,but as house keeping only came in once in the time we were there, they sat damp in our room.

awesome location and great facilities

great location, close to two MTR lines which was very convenient. 3 bedroom apartment had a lot of space for our family which made the stay comfortable. pool was fantastic and the continental breakfast was very convenient

the location is close to restaurants but they are quite expensive

Great location , lovely staff , good cleaners , nice pool , lots of restuarants and bars .

Breakfast ok , just a continental but only a small area which got busy depending on time . We ate in our apartment or went out .

There wasnt really anything we didnt like , some minor maintenance issues looked a bit rough and there was no view but apart from that it was clean , it had washing machine and dryer , 2 bathrooms , airconditioners in each room , lift outside the door , so all in all we were happy .

The location was absolutely fantastic with close access to transport, shopping and entertainment. So many things were within walking distance or just a short MRT trip away.

The pool was good but needed maintenance (the Jacuzzi wasn't working and some pool tiles were loose and a bit sharp). The range of pillows wasn't great and I could not find one that suited me so I woke up each morning with a sore neck.

great time and value for money

The room was comfortable 412 although we had to use the stairs to access the room.Breakfast was below expectations as on another day food ran out and also staff were overwhelmed with the number of guests for breakfast tables and chairs were few had to wait for others to finish, room for breakfast was too small for the numbers.Also we were only informed about the property not serving breakfast over the weekend when on the booking it was charged as bed and breakfast. We asked for an extention to check out at 6pm since our flight was at 01.20am but the charge was too high according to us. Otherwise we had a great time in Singapore and the comfort of the property rooms

Good location, nice sized apartment with all facilities although a bit dated. Ideal for Family stay.

The rooms were much larger than expected. Location was superb for MRT access and the Quay restaurants . Safe location. Breakfast was "complimentary" rather than extra BUT although basic did set the Family up for the day when it was available. Pool was good and staff could not of been more helpful. A/C very good and needed. Balcony was a bonus if only for 1-2 persons at a time. Also had a laundry room which was very handy.

The breakfast was week days only and not public holidays so it was only available to us for 3 out of the 6 days we stayed. this was not on booking. Kitchen was dated but was not really needed. En-suite bathroom was shower over bath and slippery so used the other walk in shower that children had. Pool had limited chairs and sunny only morning to lunchtime.
